Buren Farms is located in the beautiful valley of Damascus, Oregon. Here at Buren Farms we are a full service training and full care boarding facility. We welcome all breeds and skill levels and specialize in the Arabian/Half Arabian, Pinto and Morgan show horse. From start to finish we will train you and your horse to whatever discipline best suits horse and rider. If you do not own a horse, come by and take a lesson. Our lesson horses are perfect for the beginner of any age up to the advanced rider wanting to polish up their skills!

Renee Buren, Trainer/Breeder/Owner, has been involved with the Arabian horse for 30+ years. Renee started showing and training at a very young age with the help and guidance from trainer and longtime friend Joanne Newland and Breeder/Mentor the late Albert Mauck of Gateway Arabians. Through her teen years at Gateway Arabians Renee perfected her skills with the Arabian show horse in many disciplines including western, trail, saddleseat, huntseat, equitation, driving, native costume and in later years adding halter and dressage to her list of training accomplishments.

Renee has had great success with training both horse and rider. Whether you want to compete on the breed show circuit or just go on a nice ride down the trail with friends, Renee will turn your dreams into reality.

As a Breeder, Renee has bred a number of top winning halter horses that are just now making their debut in the performance ring and winning at that! Renee has had the great pleasure of breeding, training, showing, and selling these fine Arabian babies to clients and friends in her barn. Many of these horses are still with her today!
